Drawing the Line...where to start?

Hello Makeup Lovee's-

So my Best Friend inspired this blog he too is in the industry for hair and he asked the question, "what eyeliner do I use & when?" So I thought I would take this time to touch on this subject. Just like everything else in the world of makeup there is 80 million eyeliners, and types of eyeliners to choose from. I am going to touch base on a few of them!

One of the 1st ones I want to talk about is the dreaded liquid eyeliner. Now there are soooo many people who are afraid of this type of liner. However, this liner can really acheive the glam pin-up girl look. It can take some practice to get this down but you can purchase one that gives you more control over where you are putting it. I have always liked the sephora brand long lasting eyeliner.

This eyeliner gives a perfect controlable application, it dries super fast and doesn't go anywhere. This liner is ment for the top of the lid. And NO do NOT put this on the inside rim of your eye...you will end up with this liquid mess in your eye.

This awesome product comes in 4 amazing colors and is only $10.00 at sephora in Oxmoor mall.

Another liner that I love is a Kohl waterproof liner. This too can be purchased at sephora and is part of the sephora brand check out details below:

Keep Kohl- Waterproof Liner this eyeliner is highly pigmented which means it is going to give you a rich color that will last the whole day through. Or if you are using this onset it will work for you all day long.

The other end...is a smudger so if you are needing a "smoky effect" this applicator can help you acheive that look, Also you will not find this liner running half way down your face through the day.

This pencil is also good for the inside rim of the eye. This pencil is more like a crayon and will glide on smooth. It is a definately a must have and something I never go to a set with out. It comes in 3 amazing colors.

Now...If you are looking for fun colored liners that glide on smooth and that are going to last I know the perfect liner for you! The one that I think is the best is by Urban Decay!!! With this liner you can pick from 24 colors!!! I mean wow...if they don't have a color you are looking for then its not made. Personal fav. of mine is Lucky its a deep bronze, which looks AMAZING on you blue eyed babes.

When you apply this eyeliner it is super creamy and stays that way for about 30 seconds so it is perfect for blending upward towards your crease if your on the go and just want a hint of color.

After that 30 seconds this liner sets up and will not slide around on your eye or up into your creaase.

With this liner being so creamy it is super easy to apply and is made to be a water-proof formula!

$17.00 at sephora or Ulta

And then finally we have a cream liner. This is good for those of you who really want the look of a liquid liner but just really don't want to try out liquid or those who don't have a steady hand. The liner I love love for this is makeup forever. These liners are going to be highly pigmented so the color will be long lasting and very true. This liner comes in 6 colors and is only $20.o0 at sephora.

Aqua Creamliner-This gives an intese precise finish this liner is made with silicone powder so it is going to also give you a water-proof finish. It is also derma sensitive which is going to be safe for you sensitive eyes out there.

Also, When applying this you can use an angled brush and sweep it across the top of your lid for the glam girl look!

So I hope this covers some questions anyone had about eye liner, and goes over some fears you may have had with liquid liner! As always if you have any questions please feel free to ask and no question is too big or small...and I look forward to hearing from you. You can also message me on facebook with questions!
